Confessional Friday + CMA Fashion

Hello Lovelies! I am so excited that it is finally Friday and because it is Friday, I thought I would link up with Leslie for a little Confessional Friday!

I confess  

+ I am completely exhausted from this week and I am more than ready for this weekend.

+ This whole Daylight Savings thing is kinda screwing with me, I went to bed wayy to early last night. 

+ I have been craving homemade pie so bad, it must be November.

+ I am super excited for The Creative Closet link up on Tuesday because this one is really pushing me out of my comfort zone! Plus, I got some amazing inspiration for another lovely blogger. Can't wait to share it with all of you!

+ I am in love that the red cup has finally made its way into Starbucks,, Holidays are here!!

+ I possible spent way over what I should have Charming Charlies this week.. I couldn't resist though... Then, of course, when I get home I find a $20 off coupon in the mail - always seems to happen to me.

+ I have been thinking about buying the new tswift album; which is unlike me - I haven't exactly loved her music for a while.

+ I didn't watch the CMA Awards last night, thanks to not having cable in the house, but I will be watching it tonight. I couldn't resist though looking at the fashion on US Magazine.. I may or may not have complied my Love, Hate and Blah ones for you today!

Kimberly - Everything about your dress is horrible.

Faith - I just can't seem to pin point what it is about this dress that makes me hate it so much..

Kellie - Honey, what is going on with the pattern of your dress?

Nicole - Did you steal your grandmothers tablecloth?

Ashley - This is an award show,, That is not a dress for an award show.

Aubrey - I love the skirt on your outfit, but I hate your top.

Meghan - I love the silhouette of your dress, but the color is just not doing it for me.

Jennifer - yeah, it is awesome that your dress has pockets, but there is just something off with your dress, possibly the neckline?

Connie - I love this dress, I just wish that it were floor length.

Miranda - Beautiful dress, I love the silhouette on you, but the color is just not good.

Jana - I am sure other probably aren't in love with your dress, but I sure am.

Lucy - This dress is perfection! I do not have a single bad thing to say. Amazing!

Carrie - My first glance, I didn't love this dress, but it grew on me and I really love it now. Especially from the side view, it is a perfect compliment to that baby bump!

Danielle Bradbery | Kimberly Perry | Cassadee Pope

Danielle - The plunging neckline and velvet material are winners for me. Beautiful choice!

Kimberly - Girl, you are gorgeous and this dress fits you like a glove!

Cassadee - Now this is how you wear a 2pc dress! I am in love with the entire outfit and the statement necklace just finishes the entire look!

Five on Friday

ONE

I have been completely in love with this day planner since I saw it on Maegan's blog last week! I think it is about time that I break down and just buy it, because there is no other day planner like it! I promise I have looked!

TWO

I officially had a Herbalife shake every single day for the past week! I am loving the energy that they give me! They are super simple to put together! So far my favorite is the Caramel Crunch that I had yesterday, Butterfinger I am currently enjoying and Cookies 'n' Cream! Don't they sound delicious?! I can't wait to try out the other recipes that I have in store - Dirty Chai, yumm!

It has officially been two weeks since I launched the series Tough Topics and I have so amazed at all the beautiful emails and comments I have received - thank you guys so much! If you haven't had a chance to take a look, here is the Introduction and Part 2 of the story. I have planned to spread out my own personal stories throughout the next couple of months, but I will say that I have some amazing people that are joining in on the series. I can't help but look for fall wardrobe on the internet! I am so excited for the air to crisp up and get a little bit cooler - then I can officially justify buying items such as these! Isn't that Tory Burch bag just beautiful? I have been swooning over this pair of over the knee boots that Emily from The Sweetest Thing has featured on her blog a couple of times. These boots are gorgeous, but they sure are a splurge.

Five on Friday : Fall Flavors

I am so excited that October is finally here. Yes, I am super excited for fall to come and finally show up. Even though fall here in Utah is over in a blink of an eye. I still love it.. But, I love fall for a couple of reasons. The main ones are:

• LAYERS
• BOOTS
• SWEATERS
• PUMPKIN
• APPLE CIDER
• CINNAMON
• CARAMEL

Yea, I am that girl that gets super excited over outfit options and what kind of seasonal flavors I can get at Starbucks or start baking into recipes. I just love the taste of all the Fall Flavors though. Apples, Cinnamon, Caramel, Pumpkin and Spice! Yep, I love fall. 

These are a couple of recipes that I came across on Pinterest and I can't wait to try them out in the next couple of weeks. I know that I will be trying out one of the breakfast items this weekend - The marathon has me confined to my home till about 2pm on Saturday.

Friday Favorites : Cognac

I must confess that since fall is right around the corner (crossing my fingers) I can’t but help be inspired by the beautiful colors in the Fall 2014 Pantone color line up! Seriously, they are gorgeous! I am smitten with Cognac, simply because it is a perfect fall color. It is such a warm and rich brown; it pairs with so many colors, who couldn’t love it?

These items are a must have on my Fall Wish List. At least they are going to be the inspiration behind what I put into my closet.! But, I keep telling myself … I will own that Tory Burch Bag! A girl can dream; can't she?

CONFESSIONAL FRIDAY

Helloooo Fridayyyy....

you know the drill,,, confession time. 

I confess that this week has really been a challenge that I did not expect. It was full of a lot of up and downs, things that were completely out of my control too. I will be happy when it all finally settles down and things finally start to make sense again.

I confess that I am excited next week is my birthday, but really sad at the same time because the plans of going to see Brecken aren’t happening anymore. I had my hopes up that it would all work out and I would be able to go, but money sadly played the biggest part in this event. It is so hard when your plans come to a screeching halt because your bank account doesn’t agree with your game plan.

I confess that I always forget how these damn cats affect my allergies when I visit my Grandma’s house. Gahhh, why do I have to be allergic to everything? Seriously, so annoying.

I confess that I am so annoyed that I can’t find a simple and cute leopard clutch. Come on, like leopard is practically a neutral, and will always be in, why is it so hard to find a cute leopard clutch.. Dumb!

I confess that I started watching Gossip Girl on Netflix this past week and I am addicted. I loved One Tree Hill, so I figured it would be something similar. Lets just say, why didn’t I ever watch this while it was running on TV; is it still running..?

I confess that I have to cut Confessional Friday a bit short this week due to a family matter that is way more important than this is.. I’ll leave you with this.

I am grateful that I have such an amazing family. I would be lost in this world without them at my side. I am so happy each and every day that I get to spend in their presence, cherishing the memories that we create together. I don’t know where I would be without the love and support they constantly show me through the trials and tribulations I have encountered during my life.

I am grateful for the close bond I share with my family members. This is what makes our relationship amazing in everyway. Because of this bond, I know without a doubt in my mind, they will always be my biggest supporters and partners in crime. I am so happy that we are fortunate enough to have such an amazing bond, we gather in a time of tragedy, offering nothing but love and support for each other.

I am grateful and blessed to be able to have an amazing boyfriend who supports, encourages, and pushes me to always be the best person I can be. He is always there for me when I need his support to hold my life together. He really is the glue that keeps me held tight, strong, and pushing forward.

Hellooooo Fridayyyy! Friday is one of my favorite days, because well 1) its the weekend 2) its time for some link ups 3) I always get to meet new bloggers on Friday's because of the link up! So, it's time for a little Confessional Friday with Leslie from A Blonde Ambition

 

  

I confess that I was ready for this week to be over, as of Tuesday. I am completely exhausted and worn out; I don’t know what from either. It just hasn’t been my week, to say the least. 

I confess that I can’t believe I will be 25 in two weeks. I know it probably isn’t some big huge thing, but it is kind of crazy to think about. 

I confess that this whole screwed up sleep schedule I have had this week, is getting old. I would love to just be able to get a solid night’s sleep without tossing and turning all freaking night. 

I confess that when I read an article about how McDonald’s doesn’t clean their McCafe machines, I was immediately disgusted. I from that moment decided that McDonalds probably will be out of the question for me. 

I confess that I have been craving a Caribou Coffee really badly this week. I had one every time I was in the Denver airport, they are pretty amazing to say the least. Alright St George, time to step up your game and finally get a Caribou in our city!

I confess that I can’t wait to go to Springdale this weekend with Kati. It has been far too long since we have had a meal there, I am pretty darn excited to say the least. Eeek! 

I confess that I found this amazing bag at Dillard’s this week while we were school shopping for Bailey. I am swooning over it… Hey family, just a reminder that my birthday is in two weeks.
