Weekend Recap

This weekend was exactly what I needed; relaxation. Once I had gotten home from work on Friday, I just relaxed and watched some movies on Netflix. Honestly, I was so lazy that I ate some cheese and popcorn for dinner. Wonderful meal, I know, you don’t have to tell me. 

After some much needed sleeping in on Saturday morning, I met up with Kati for some Breakfast at one of our favorites here in St. George, Jazzy Java. It is one of those great little local places, kind of a hole in the wall, but has great food and an atmosphere to match. We were too busy catching up and talking, I forgot to take some photos of our amazing plates. Talk about Buttermilk Strawberry Banana Pancakes and Banana Pecan French Toast; yeah we stuffed our faces to say the least. 

Kati hadn’t been to the new store that recently just opened up here in St. George; Charming Charlie’s. If you are a jewelry fanatic, don’t even step foot inside of this place, because your wallet will hurt when you leave. They have so many different things to choose from, sorted by color, and priced at unbelievably great prices. Before you know it, you will have your little basket filled up and your wallet will be empty. Then again, you scored all of these pieces for a great price, why be mad? Haha, logical thinking…right? 

Sunday was spent on the water with a great group of friends. Not knowing if this was out last trip out for the summer, we sure made the most of it. Soaked in all of that sunshine until our little hearts were all tuckered out, it was a great day! Levi and I finished off the night with grabbing some dinner and ice cream.
