Serenity

I know I say this all the time, but how lucky am I live in such a beautiful place. This is Snow Canyon State Park, which happens to be only 5 minutes from my house. I love that it is so close, because on gorgeous days like yesterday, I was able to soak up the sunshine hiking. Kati, Heather, and I decided to go on the Hidden Pinion Overlook hike. It was really easy, and the view is so worth it. It is gorgeous, if I say so myself. There is something just so serene about sitting on top of the ledges look out over this. Having the wind blow your hair around, the peace and quiet, its just serenity in my eyes. A perfect place to regroup after a long week and a couple sleepless nights.

 

I could get used to this 60 degree weather for a little while. The sunshine made it perfect to enjoy the day in our tank tops. Yep, I could get used to this weather for a little while. That yucky cold winter can make its way off the forecast.
