Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizza

When my parents decide to leave the house, I am the only mouth that I have to worry about feeding. So, I usually like to opt for recipes that are simple and easy. I like to have recipes that can be altered for a single person or are great for leftovers the next day. When I found these Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizza on Pinterest, I knew that they would a great recipe.  They only have a couple of ingredients and take about 30 minutes from start to finish.

I love Chicken Alfredo Pizza as it is, so I was really excited to try this recipe out. They turned out delicious and I can’t wait to try them with different toppings (:

So, go to the store and grab these 5 items:

1 can Grands Homestyle Biscuits

1 can Progresso Creamy Parmesan Basil Recipe Starter

2 cups cooked chicken, cut into pieces

2 cups shredded Italian Blend cheese

1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves

Yep, this recipe only requires these 5 ingredients. Awesome, right?!

Spread out the Grand Biscuits on a cookie sheet or pizza pan, approx 6 inches in diameter. I used a pizza pan because I love the way pizza cooks on it!

Spread on a thin layer of Progresso Creamy Parmesan Basil Soup, then sprinkle lightly with some cheese. I would say about a tablespoon of each is perfect for each individual pizza.

Next, you’re going to add your chicken. I took the short cut and bought a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store and cut it up.

Top with baby spinach and more cheese! Then, bake 7-10 minutes at 400 degrees, or until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!

I provided a recipe card that you can just print out and put into your meal plan for next week! I know you're going to love this recipe as much as I do!
